Industrial Hygiene Study:
Industrial hygiene study conducted as per the requirement of Factories Act 1948. The main focus of this study to find out Workplace Environment Conditions for Chemical and
Physical hazards for which PLE are mentioned in Schedule II of the Factories Act.1948 and suggest control measures. In case of a physical hazard Noise, Illumination and
ventilation plays vital role on the health of workers. The study of workplace hazards is carried out along with suggestive control measures and we also go to the lengths
of initiating or installing the measure for further convenience of the organisation.
Safety Audit:
APS is carrying out Safety Audits for different sectors such as manufacturing, construction, service, etc. it offers a comprehensive guidance in improvement on health,
safety and environmental issues for industries viz. petrochemicals, chemicals, cement, power sectors, fertilizer, insecticide, pharmaceuticals, paper and also for
engineering firms, construction sites, hotel, hospital, residential and business buildings, offices, malls, schools, premises, etc.
Safety Audit is carried out by experts in the respective fields, who examine management system, facilities and activities of the organization on safety aspects assess the prevailing hazards, the level of prevention, protection and emergency preparedness and subsequently prepare recommendations to upgrade safety systems to avert mishaps and limit consequences.
The objectives of safety audit are to:
- Verify compliance with established standards (regulations, internal policies and industry wise standards of practice)
- Identify deviation from designed and planned operating and maintenance procedure and standards.
- Identify conditions or operating procedures that could lead to an accident and significant losses to life or property.
